Alexandra Zhukova is based in Cascais, Portugal, and works with international clients across art, design and culture-related travel and lifestyle projects.

Alexandra is a graduate from the Sotheby's Institute of Art, London. Her background includes eight years working directly with business owners and Forbes-list HNWIs, with experience spanning personal and executive assistance, project management, gallery management, collection management, art-world environments and international settings. She lived and worked on projects in London, Paris, Zurich, Moscow and Cascais.

She helps clients coordinate complex personal projects with discretion, cultural judgment, trusted contacts and calm execution.

Cultural Travel & Private Access | French Riviera

Month-long cultural stay for an international family

Coordinated villa sourcing, rental negotiations, staff recruitment, cultural itinerary planning and daily logistics for adults and children during a month-long stay on the French Riviera.

Alexandra spent the first week on-site overseeing operations and refining each detail to ensure smooth execution of the curated programme. The family returned the following year to repeat the experience.

Collectible Design & Bespoke Interior Coordination

Bespoke furniture and collectible design for a luxury penthouse

Managed procurement, production, delivery and installation of custom furniture and design pieces for a luxury penthouse interior, coordinating work with an artisanal Italian luxury manufacturer.

Alexandra conducted weekly factory visits, with full days spent on the factory floor, to assure quality control before shipment and reduce costly revisions and delays.

She arranged contractor visits to the client to ensure flawless installation, then personally coordinated on-site work so each piece integrated smoothly within the wider project timeline.

Art & Collectible Design Advisory

Collection strategy for a newly completed residence

Advised a private client on expanding and integrating an art and collectible design collection into a new residence, beginning with a review of existing works and a display strategy for artworks and objects throughout the home.

The project included custom display solutions for selected pieces, research, gallery visits and acquisitions through leading art fairs and collectible design galleries in France, resulting in a cohesive collection shaped around the client and the architecture.
